➤ Please enter the text you would like added to your image in the above personalization provided box.

➤ Select the number of characters you would like to create a portrait.

➤ Select the background color from a personalized background color box.

➤ After completing your purchase, please send us your photo via Etsy messages or Email. Please include an email address so that the file can be sent to you.

➤ Your portrait will be started within 1 day of being placed and can take up to 2-3 days to complete. Please keep an eye out on Etsy messages for your design proof. Once approved, the image will be saved at a high resolution and emailed to your email for you to print in sizes up to A4.

➤ You will receive your portrait, pdf, jpg format.

➤ You can print it on any gifts you want like - t-shirts, mugs, posters, phone cases, wall art without the image blurring.

➤ If you are facing any problems in adding the name, then feel free to contact us.

Is the product not like your expectation? We will take it back (conditions may apply). 

If you are not satisfied with our delivered products, we will refund or replace that as per the below conditions:

  • Damage and Defective Product:
    If your package arrives damaged and defective product with wrong color and size, then you will be 100% refunded or replaced with the new item upon real proof of damaged product
  • Wrong Shipping Address:

    An item with the wrong shipping address which is provided by the customer there will be no REFUND or REPLACE. 

    If you want to change the shipping address after making the order then confirm with us within 24 hours of purchasing at our email with order no. Once we process, we will not be able to update the wrong shipping address.

  • Custom Request:
    An item arrives at you with wrong custom information due to a mistake of the customer, then this is not counted as our fault and it will be non-refundable. 
  • Who covers return shipping costs? 

    If you get the wrong item then, Kindayoung will provide a prepaid 100% return shipping cost. 

    In other cases, customers are responsible for shipping costs. 

  • How can you return your item? 

    Want to return the defective item? Don’t get panic, follow these simple steps:

    1. Compose the message in your mail.
    2. Write the specified reason for the return request in your message and choose any preferences whether you want to replace or refund. 
    3. Once you have added all these things, then attach the defective and damaged product images.

    5. And you are done! We will reply to you within 24hrs and shorten your problem.

    This is super easy! Once you place your order just send your images with order number vai mail id: info@kindayoung.com
  2. Can I add 2- 3 words in personalized items?
    Yes sure! You can add 2- 3 words or even one line. But more words and larger sentences can reduce the text size.
  3. Do I get proof before delivery of my item?
    Of Course! We will provide your purchase mockup before dispatching the item. Without your approval we will not process further.
  4. How long will you wait for approval?
    We will wait for 2 days after sending you the product  mockups. In case, if we don’t get a reply will be processed with your personalized request.
  5. Can I change the shipping address?
    You can change your shipping address within 24hrs after purchasing your product.
  6. Cancellation of the product can charge extra cost?
    No! You can cancel your order within 24hrs of placing your order.
  7. Do I use symbols in the personalization request?
    Yes! You can add any symbols but make sure that should be supported in the standard language/ format.
  8. Is shipping prices the same for all locations?
    Sorry to say! But No, it all depends on your location and weight of the products.
  9. What payment method do you accept?
    We accepted all payment methods like paypal, visa, american express, maestro, discover, mastercard and stripe etc.

  11. Do you provide the gift box or special text or special note services?
    Sorry to say! At this time we are not providing any of these services but soon we will add it.

    We took 2-5  for production & dispatching, in short you will get your product in the next 5 to 10 working days but totally depend on your location.
  13. Do you provide any express delivery options?
