Is the product not like your expectation? We will take it back (conditions may apply).
If you are not satisfied with our delivered products, we will refund or replace that as per the below conditions:

Damage and Defective Product:
If your package arrives damaged and defective product with wrong color and size, then you will be 100% refunded or replaced with the new item upon real proof of damaged product

Wrong Shipping Address:
An item with the wrong shipping address which is provided by the customer there will be no REFUND or REPLACE.
If you want to change the shipping address after making the order then confirm with us within 24 hours of purchasing at our email with order no. Once we process, we will not be able to update the wrong shipping address.

Custom Request:
An item arrives at you with wrong custom information due to a mistake of the customer, then this is not counted as our fault and it will be non-refundable.

Who covers return shipping costs?
If you get the wrong item then, Kindayoung will provide a prepaid 100% return shipping cost.
In other cases, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

How can you return your item?
Want to return the defective item? Don’t get panic, follow these simple steps:
- Compose the message in your mail.
- Write the specified reason for the return request in your message and choose any preferences whether you want to replace or refund.
- Once you have added all these things, then attach the defective and damaged product images.

- And you are done! We will reply to you within 24hrs and shorten your problem.
